For more than three decades, I worked as an Employee Benefits Insurance professional, guiding organizations and employees through the complexities and often overwhelming world of insurance and healthcare. My career took me from my first role as a Customer Service Representative to leadership roles where I coached teams, and eventually to Client Executive, where I partnered with company leaders and brokers to design thoughtful, customized health benefit solutions. One standout experience was guiding an employer through a major benefits transition—an effort that not only smoothed the process but also earned genuine appreciation from both employees and leadership. Along the way, I discovered that my true gift was in building relationships—listening deeply, understanding needs, and empowering others to make confident decisions.
Beyond my professional life, I’ve served in community and church leadership, spoken at seminars and conferences designed to inspire others to discover their identity, embrace their purpose, and step boldly into their potential. Like many, I’ve faced moments of doubt and challenge, but those moments taught me resilience and reinforced my passion for growth, even in uncertainty. My deep faith in God guided me to coaching and helped me shift from surviving to thriving—and now I am called to pay that forward.
Today, as an Executive and Transformational Life Coach, I partner with individuals navigating change and seeking transformation and growth. My mission is to create a space where you can be both vulnerable and victorious, supported and celebrated, empowered to thrive in every area of life.
Lastly, I have received an ICF Member Badge Issued by the International Coaching Federation Professional Coaches. The badge earner is a Member of the International Coaching Federation Professional Coaches, the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards. As an ICF Member, the badge earner is enrolled in an accredited coach training program or has completed 60 hours of training aligned with ICF standards and commits to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
I adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. Every ICF member and credential-holder makes a pledge to uphold the ICF Code of Ethics. While it sounds impressive, you might wonder what it means in practice. Here's how ICF coaches bring their commitment to life every day.
If you are ready to step forward in your own journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we will clarify your vision, build your confidence, and unlock your potential.
